Ok now I'm not receiving the same issue on my end however i believe there is several fixes for this as there is several issues causing it.

    Cause 1:
    • The Internet Connection Sharing client computer uses the Dpnhpast.dll file to establish communication with the Internet Connection Sharing host computer.
    • The Internet Connection Sharing host computer does not start all services correctly.
    • The Internet Connection Sharing client computer believes that the Internet Connection Sharing host computer is running Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition.

    Fix 1:
A Hotfix is available through the Microsoft Hotfix request center,
    http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=313492&kbln=en-us#step1

    Cause 2:
The Remote Assistance service has been turned to stopped or disable:

    Fix 2:
    1. Select "Start", "Run", Type "Services.msc" and press enter

    2. In the services list search for "Remote" make sure that when you double click each option that relates to the remote assistance, that the "Start-Up" is set to manual or automatic

    Cause 3:
The firewall can sometimes block the connections of the Remote Assistance request

    Fix 3:
Its a fair amount of information so i would refer you to:
    http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=555179

Hopefully one oif the three will work for you Massive Grin

For Some reason I'm still having the problem.
Kinda of a pain when a friend needs help but you can give it to them.

    Any more ideas?
