This appears to be an ongoing issue with COH, Unfortunately it occurred when they added a patch update for security purposes, I believe they are working on a fix for this however in the mean time,

Everyone seems to be port testing etc with little success,
There is a way to unpatch it which is simple but it involves deleting part of the game block on your hard drive,
    Disconnect your router,
Erase the game content from your hard drive
Insert the game and create an account etc (Normal setup)
    Connect the router
Try to connect to the server & online game before updating to see if this resolves the issue

If you dont want to do the above, dont worry i am still looking into this for another solution

    Regards

    Craig

This error message used to be "could not connected to all players", you can try connecting to players with lower ping or nearer to you.
