Is there a message that comes on screen?

We need to see whats causing this by looking at the Event Viewer

    1. Open the Windows Help Screen (Start>Help and Support)

    2. Search for "Event Viewer"

    3. Two screens should appear, one of which will take you straight to the event viewer itself

    4. Once Event Viewer is open and has performed a scan, On the left hand side Double click "Windows Logs"

    5. You will be able to view these logs and should tell you where the error has occurred at the time the system froze

    6. If you want to upload them Right Click on the logs and select "Save Event As...", When prompted select "Display Information For These Languages" and select "English"

At which point upload them using MediaFire and i'll have a look into the errors Smile

    Regards

    Craig

Ok from what the logs are showing me is that you are having issues with the frame work, It shows that every time you try to use a program that uses ASP.Net or its framework the computer crashes.

Is there anything you are doing in particular when these crashes happen?

In the meantime try running the ASP.NET installation again and select "Repair"

Hopefully this should upload new files to replace any damaged ones and stop your PC from freezing.

    ***Edit

Upon taking a second look into the logs it could be a permissions error where the system isn't granting enough permission to use the framework, Try the above first to see if it fixes it or helps the issue

    regards
